Private coaching for up to three players, with drills and practice matched to your level. Rackets, balls and indoor shoes are available to borrow free of charge. Just bring sportswear.
Lessons take place on a rented indoor court at PLACE OF SPORTS NEO. Kota arranges the court booking for you.
Outdoor lessons at Yamahana court are coming soon and cannot be booked yet.

Founder of Oshinobi Tennis, with national tournament experience since his junior years. Kota focuses on doubles strategy and practical advice you can try straight away.
He speaks basic conversational English, rather than fluent English. Tennis instructions and simple conversation are welcome.

NEO indoor court: ¥4,400–¥6,600 per hour, depending on season and time. The reservation form shows the full total before you submit.
Payment: Pay the court rental plus processing amount within 60 minutes of your request. Pay the lesson fee and any hotel pickup and return amount on the day. Payment alone does not confirm the court.
Cancellation: Free until 18:00 JST seven days before the lesson. After that, documented unavoidable court costs may be retained after waivers or recoveries. Processing fees are not deducted from refunds. Read the full booking and refund terms.

This place was a gem! My girlfriend was a complete beginner, and she wanted to try learning tennis across 4 lessons during our stay in Sapporo. Coach Mizukami was super friendly and encouraging, making our time in Hokkaido so much better! The court is super spacious and well-maintained, so I would highly recommend checking out this place for both beginners and advanced players!!! I cannot recommend more!

You can get your tennis fix even in Japan 🎾 I booked a session with Coach Kota — you can tell he has trained since childhood. His coaching is detailed, and he pinpoints exactly what needs fixing on both forehand and backhand. During rallies he runs all over the court to feed balls. I feel like I improved at least half a level 😝 Five stars. This is what professional means 👍
